) is pleased to announce that the company has completed its Phase I engineering program and has concluded the first half of its Phase II engineering program.

Phase I elements included prototype drawings on AutoCAD as derived from the patent, prototype cost estimates, production cost estimates and test plan draft. The company also received initial blue prints from Total Technical Services regarding the additional equipment required to place the chilling insert into cans.

Phase II elements to date included production specifications with tolerances, optimization evaluation of design concept and an in-depth thermal analysis Thermal analysis is a branch of materials science where the properties of materials are studied as they change with temperature. Techniques include:
  • Differential scanning calorimetry
  • Dynamic mechanical analysis
  • Thermomechanical analysis
