"It is a breathtaking view the minute you walk in the front door. Our plan was to create an inviting, warm environment where people can be part of the scene and also be somewhat secluded," said Madril.

This chef-driven restaurant delivers the best of everything to its guests. Menu items are prepared from the finest ingredients including certified Angus beef and seafood that is flown in fresh daily. In addition to menu favorites, the restaurant's three chefs create feature items every day.

A world-class wine list compliments the menu. "Our variety and selection of wines, as well as our pricing also sets us apart," said Madril. Cool River offers an extensive selection of wines from all the major grape growing regions to satisfy the connoisseur or the guest that would like to try something new. One of eight certified sommeliers on staff will gladly assist guests in making the perfect wine selection.

Guests may also enjoy choosing from a large variety of cognac, brandies, single malt scotches, flavored vodkas or from Cool River's extensive selection of cigars from around the world. "We want to cater to any desire you have," said Madril.

In order to do so, Madril focuses on offering guests the best service possible. "We're in the service industry and providing that individualized service to our guest is a priority," he said.

Madril and his staff consistently offer this level of service whether it is an intimate dinner for two or a banquet of 250. "This fine dining quality is unique for such a large number of people. We can satisfy any special needs that you have from beginning to end for your banquet," said Madril. A full-time banquet coordinator assists in arranging the transportation, music, flowers and entertainment for guests' events
