Cook Medical Names Ted Heise as Vice President of Regulatory Scientific Affairs.


Will Oversee Scientific Aspects of Company's Global Regulatory Affairs Efforts

His wife Kathy is an accomplished music teacher at Fairview Elementary in Bloomington.
