, has acquired the 360-unit Springs at Arrowhead Towne Center Arrowhead Towne Center is a regional enclosed shopping mall located in Glendale, Arizona. The mall is managed by The Macerich Company. It is anchored by Macy's, Sears, Dillard's, JCPenney, Mervyn's, and AMC Theatres.  Apartments located in Glendale, Arizona Glendale is a city in Maricopa County, Arizona, USA. As of the 2000 census, the city population was 218,812. According to 2005 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 239,435.[1] It is a major suburb of Phoenix. . The Class A property, was acquired for $42,850,000 ($119,028 per unit).

Fremont Investment & Loan provided a $39,450,000 loan for the acquisition of the property and conversion to condominiums, announced David Sotolov, Assistant Vice President, Loan Originator Originator
