The jury awarded Converse a total of $25.6 million. However, as a result of certain contractual provisions in the Apex purchase agreement and certain other agreements, the total award is expected to be approximately $13.7 million. Converse does not know at this time whether any of the defendants will pursue any post trial motions or appeals. In addition, as a result of an agreement entered into between Converse and another Apex seller, the company expects to realize an additional $2.0 million.
