Conversations with food safety trainers.

 phone interviews with its registered trainers in an effort to gain insight as to how its business and products were being received in the industry. We are pleased to report that the responses were tremendously favorable fa·vor·a·ble

Without dispute, all trainers reported substantial cost savings when making the switch to NEHA Training. More importantly, however, these cost savings did not beget be·get

 in the area of customer service. Specifically, trainers noted that the staff at NEHA Training were extremely friendly and helpful. Several trainers also made reference to the fact that NEHA Training staff were always willing to work with them and consistently gave them the personal attention they deserved.

In addition to the positive feedback, trainers also had several suggestions for improvement--mainly with respect to the Power-Point presentation in the Trainer Resource Pack. Specific suggestions included adding more visuals and incorporating a detailed outline of the topics. Trainers also suggested a better organizational layout for the Trainers' Guide and Session Notes book, one that does not require them to flip back and forth between slides.

NEHA Training is extremely proud of its success to date and looks forward to growing its food safety training business even more. So that we can effectively do so, we encourage trainers to continue providing NEHA Training with constructive comments.
