Convergys to Open Second Integrated Contact Center in India -- Expands Global Customer Care Capabilities.

Construction of the facility is well underway and the first Convergys employees will be located in the building in less than 30 days. When this facility reaches its production capacity of approximately 1,500 seats, Convergys will have two of the largest, multi-client, US-company-owned contact centers in India. Full employment at the new contact center is expected to exceed 3,000 employees in the next 12 to 14 months.
