Convergys and AT&T Wireless Agreement Signals Start of New Era for Wireless Billing Companies, Says Frost & Sullivan.

An agreement between AT&T Wireless and Convergys Corporation signals wireless carriers' increased support to bringing Third-Generation (3G) Networks into reality.
