Billing World and OSS Today magazine make the Best Overall Company Excellence Award to recognize a company that has proven leadership in its respective market and has demonstrated market achievement and innovative product development. The award application required companies to list key clients, recent contract wins, and partnerships. Additionally, applicants were asked to address specific implementations and how client requirements were met, challenges and triumphs, third-party involvement, benchmarks, implementation time, and how the solution improved the clients' operations.
In its award-winning application, Convergys highlighted the successful integration of Infinys (TM), the company's modular, convergent business support system (BSS) software, with the billing systems of several industry-leading clients. Specifically, Infinys was instrumental in helping major communications companies eliminate redundant billing systems, introduce new and emerging products and services, and support customers, products, and services from a single, convergent billing system.
