The designation comes from Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine's 16th annual "Top 50" Teleservices Agency Rankings, and is based on the total number of billable minutes for telephone service from November 1999 through October 2000.

With 50 integrated contact centers and more than 40,000 agents, Convergys manages customer care for many of the biggest names in business, handling more than 1.2 million customer interactions per day.
