These powerful and feature-rich application modules are easily integrated within a client's OSS environment or within a broader Convergys solution for that client. Convergys application modules are supported with regular release upgrades, training, and documentation.

Convergys clients have benefited for years from the world-class activation and mediation capabilities, but only as integrated components of Convergys' end-to-end billing products. As such, the Convergys Activation Manager and the Convergys Mediation Manager have a lengthy and proven track record of highly reliable and scalable performance for Convergys clients. Now pre-configured to be easily integrated with Convergys application suites and end-to-end products or third-party billing systems, Convergys clients can build upon their investments with Convergys to continually enhance their OSS capabilities.

The Convergys Mediation Manager supports convergent usage mediation, 2.5G and 3G wireless services, real-time revenue generation, and integrated prepaid and postpaid capabilities. It also provides support for multiple systems including rating/billing, revenue assurance, fraud management, inter-operator accounting and settlement, decision support, subscriber management, and network planning and management. Key features include GUI-based interfaces, flexible network element creation allowing operators to create their own network element interfaces, mass error correction, multiple levels and types of security, and multi-standard roamer processing such as CIBER and TAP3.

The Convergys Activation Manager supports convergent provisioning capabilities, integrated voice and data environments, and easy integration with billing systems and networks through established APIs and toolkits. This Convergys module provides subscriber service activation and profile management on any network element, automates flow-through provisioning for converged services, and isolates billing systems from the complexity and details of the network. It also supports administration of service provisioning through flexible service definition, network element configurable tools, rules based transaction generation, automated load balancing across multiple devices and connections, and order prioritization and service activation work flow.

Other Convergys modules include its Geneva Active Revenue Management module, with plans underway for the delivery of other OSS-related modules.
