Convergys Corporation Elects James F. Orr Chairman of the Board Effective April 25; Board Adds Title of Chairman to President and CEO.

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 2000

The Board of Directors of Convergys Corporation today elected James F. Orr as its new chairman, to replace Charles S. Mechem, Jr., who is retiring as chairman of Convergys at the Annual Meeting on April 25. Orr will continue to hold the titles of president and chief executive officer as well.
