Convergys Corporation today announced the expansion of its CRM (Customer Relationship Management) An integrated information system that is used to plan, schedule and control the presales and postsales activities in an organization.  offerings with a new eCRM Business Unit focused exclusively on bringing web-enabled Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) solutions to its clients at all points of contact.
