Convergys' Geneva active revenue management (ARM) software will be used to rate and bill the regional forces for various aspects of their network use. These include "interdivision" calls made across Airwave's TETRA network and "off" network calls using the public switched telephone network (PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) The worldwide voice telephone network.
