Convergent Group Corporation Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2000

Convergent Group Corporation (&uot;Convergent Group&uot; or the &uot;Company&uot;; proposed Nasdaq NMS See NetWare Management System. : CVGP CVGP Customs Value per Gross Pound (shipping) ) announced today that it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of $115 million of its common stock, including an over-allotment option from the Company and certain selling stockholders.

The offering will be lead-managed by Robertson Stephens, and co-managed by Donaldson, Lufkin &Jenrette, and Wit SoundView.
