Convergence Communications, an IP Broadband Provider, and Yipes Communications, the defining provider of optical IP networks, announced today the execution of an agreement to exchange traffic and refer customers on a regional basis.

Convergence Communications, which operates in Mexico, Venezuela and Central America regions, will complement its IP Data Solutions with Yipes Communications, which offers scalable bandwidth-on-demand in 20 markets across the United States.
