Convera Appoints Senior Vice President of Marketing to Executive Management Team; Seasoned Professional to Lead Marketing Initiative.

Ms. Rudnicki has also held positions from worldwide marketing director to vice president of marketing with companies such as Aspen Technology, ProActivity, AMR Research, and Digital Equipment Corporation.

In her position as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Ms. Rudnicki will be responsible for all global marketing activities including analyst relations, advertising, public relations, branding, messaging, strategic marketing, product management, alliance marketing, and marketing communications.
