Convera RetrievalWare(R) to Provide Advanced Search Functionality

for TopTier's Enterprise Unification Platform 4.0

Convera (Nasdaq:CNVR CNVR Conveyor ), a leading provider of advanced technologies, products and solutions for unlocking the value in digital content, today announced a technology licensing agreement with TopTier Software, a leading provider of Enterprise Information Portals and products that integrate information residing in a business' internal and external enterprise applications, databases, documents, Web sites and other data sources.

 the terms of the agreement, TopTier has integrated Convera RetrievalWare(R), an advanced text content management system, with version 4.0 of TopTier's Enterprise Unification Platform(TM). By incorporating Convera RetrievalWare's intelligent and flexible search functionality, TopTier's portal solution delivers enhanced capabilities for retrieving and categorizing all enterprise data resources.
