The convention will include several breakout sessions covering such topics as civic engagement in politics and community service; civic engagement in bridging differences, building tolerance and creating connections among communities; neighborhood livability/infrastructure; community economic development; lifelong learning Lifelong learning is the concept that "It's never too soon or too late for learning", a philosophy that has taken root in a whole host of different organisations.
