Controladora Comercial Mexicana (Comerci) of Monterrey was given the green light to buy four stores currently owned by French retail chain, Auchan. (Around the Country).

Controladora Comercial Mexicana Comercial Mexicana is a Mexican hypermarket group, which features stores similar to those owned by Wal-Mart in the United States or Carrefour in France. It is part of the Controladora Comercial Mexicana Group which also owns the local Costco warehouse franchise and Restaurantes (Comerci) of Monterrey Monterrey (mōntārā`), city (1990 pop. 1,068,996), capital of Nuevo León state, NE Mexico, the third largest city of Mexico. Located c.150 mi (240 km) S of Laredo, Tex. was given the green light to buy four stores currently owned by French retail chain, Auchan. The contract was signed in February, and was stalled stall¹
