Today, Control-F1, the eSupport software company, announced an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. Once complete, a detailed log of the live support session is automatically created within the FootPrints incident record, and therefore available to the support team throughout the incident's lifecycle.
