Control Data Systems, Inc. today announced the next generation of eMail Sentinel, the high-volume messaging gatekeeper that provides centralized, enterprise-wide protection against virus-infected e-mail and spam attacks from the Internet.

The latest version of eMail Sentinel can easily be integrated with popular workgroup e-mail vendor software such as Lotus Notes/Domino and Microsoft Exchange. It includes new features that help businesses rapidly isolate and purge virus-infected e-mail without any loss in productivity. The message boundary application sits between the enterprise and the Internet to provide a powerful combination of e-mail control services, message flow administration and enterprise security.
