LoBosco will be responsible for expanding the services offered by Control Building Services acquiring new clients and guiding the company's growth into new markets. He will also oversee the servicing and maintenance of established accounts. With an extensive background in the Tri-State region's commercial janitorial industry and related building services, LoBosco spent 19 years in the general management of Colin Services' New York and New England division, where he was appointed vice president and general manager in 1999. More recently, he was a vice president and general manager for Temco Building Maintenance's Suburban New York, New England and Mid-Atlantic divisions. He holds a Bachelor of Science Noun 1.
