Control Building Services.Control Building Services has named Laurie Skrenta, 27, Senior Director of Business Development for the New York office, announces Andrew Motola, president. Skrenta will be responsible for developing new accounts in janitorial and related specialty services, while continuing to work with tenants, building owners and managing agents. In addition, she will be working with several of Control braiding Services' current New York clients, including Silverstein Properties, Cushman & Wakefield, Collie collie, breed of large, agile working dog developed in Scotland during the 17th and 18th cent. It stands from 22 to 26 in. (55.9–66 cm) high at the shoulder and weighs from 50 to 75 lb (22.7–34 kg). There are two varieties of collie; it is thought that originally the rough-coated or long-haired type herded sheep in the torturous climate of the northern Scottish hills while the less weatherproof smooth-coated collie drove cattle to market.: ABR and Ironwood ironwood: see hornbeam. Realty Corp. Prior to joining Control Building Services, Skrenta was an account executive at another New York-based janitorial and building services company. She grew up in the industry--father is the founder of Skyline Professional Corporation professional corporation n. a corporation formed for the purpose of conducting a profession which requires a license to practice, including attorneys, physicians, dentists, certified public accountants, architects, and real estate brokers. Most states provide for such corporations under special statutes which allow the corporation to operate with a single director, who is a professional., where she spent a year as an account executive. Skrenta holds a bachelors degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida where she majored in Education. She sits on the board of The Torch Foundation, a non-profit organization that aids children and families in need. |
