Contractors Association scholarship lunch success.


Raymond G. McGuire, managing director of the Contractors' Association of Greater New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 (CAGNY CAGNY Consumer Analyst Group of New York ), announced that the 6th Annual John A. Cavanagh Scholarship Luncheon was a great success.

The 2006 luncheon honored ten students who were awarded scholarships this year, and was attended by over 100 guests including the recipients and their families.

 public high school students were awarded scholarships to facilitate future careers in the construction industry.

John A. Cavanagh, for whom the Scholarship Program is named, was elected Chairman Emeritus e·mer·i·tus

In 2001, CAGNY created the Scholarship Program in honor of Mr. Cavanagh to enhance educational opportunities for tomorrow's construction industry leaders and has awarded 39 scholarships since the Program's inception.
