Contract guarantees pounds 'm energy saving for museum.A DEAL that includes a pledge to save pounds 500,000 a year from the Museum of Liverpool's energy bills was struck thanks to a city law firm. Hill Dickinson drafted a complex series of procurement agreements between National Museums Liverpool (NML (language) nML - A specification language for instruction sets, based on attribute grammars, for back-end generators. Museum bosses had projected it would have to spend that amount at the new museum had it not outsourced in this way.
