Contract Consummated for Acquisition of Tryco International With Global Access New Millennium.

Black Giant Oil Company (OTC Bulletin Board:BGOC - news), which announced on January 21, 2000 that it had entered an agreement with Global Access New Millennium, Inc. for the acquisition of a 1/3 interest in Tryco International, Inc., has completed its contractual obligations relating to the Private Placement which if successful will provide the funds for the acquisition.

Tryco International, Inc. is a 22 year old company, with offices in the United States, Afghanistan, Croatia and Saudi Arabia. The firm is currently under contract with the United States Government, Defense Logistics Agency, to supply emergency equipment to all branches of the United States Armed Forces worldwide.

Tryco's Riyadh Office serves both U.S. and Saudi clients by supplying and installing radio systems including the Royal Palaces in Jeddah and Riyadh, the Central Bank, the five major hospitals in Saudi Arabia, the national Power Company (SCECO), and other Government Ministries. Tryco has supplied and installed communications towers, VHF repeaters, and a complete six channel TV station with 1000 MMDS receivers for the United States Air Force. Tryco also provides INMARSAT and cellular telephone services to the United States, French and British Forces in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Tryco and the Afghan Ministry of Communication have formed a 51% / 49% Joint Venture thus creating the Afghan Telephone Company. Under the terms of this currently operating agreement, Tryco, as the Managing Partner of the JV, represents Afghanistan with signature authorities for INTELSAT, EUTELSAT, and the International Telecommunication Union. Tryco is engaged in the installation and operation of Earth Stations in the Middle East and Central Asia, with forty new earth stations being currently negotiated.

BroadBand Wireless Communications Corporation of Oklahoma city, on behalf of BGOC, has completed the requirements of the previously executed agreement with Global Access relating to the Private Placement announced on January 21. In addition, BGOC, through authorized representatives, and Global Access are currently negotiating with international telecommunication firms for the purpose of developing a Virtual Private Network, consisting of wireless systems domestically and abroad. A focus of these efforts will be the development of networks utilizing the strategic access rights owned currently by Tryco to install and operate antennas, transmitters and related equipment for the establishment of wireless internet and cellular systems in more than 2,800 existing facilities throughout cities in Europe.

As previously announced, the Private Placement obtained by Global Access New Millennium, Inc., in the amount of $25 Million, when completed, is scheduled to fund Global's acquisition of Tryco International, Inc., with one-third ownership interest being conveyed to BGOC. The Private Placement is being arranged by an Investment Banking Firm in Houston, Texas which successfully completed in excess of Three Hundred Million Dollars in private placement funds during 1999.
