The fourth largest city in the nation and the largest in the entire South and Southwest, Houston is a port of entry;
 and local police chiefs will hold a news conference on Tuesday, September 28, at 12:00 p.m. to warn about the dangers posed by Proposition 66 -- the initiative to weaken California's "Three Strikes" law.

The news conference will be at the Alamo Sheriffs Station, 150 Alamo Plaza C in Alamo.

Visuals will include mug shots of inmates who will be released by Proposition 66, including ones who will be released back into Contra Costa County.
