Contivo(R), the leading provider of automated data integration solutions, is working with Cisco Systems, Inc. to integrate its Contivo Vocabulary Management Solution(TM) (Contivo VMS) with Cisco Application-Oriented Network (AON). AON enables applications and the network to work together as an integrated system by integrating application message-level communication, visibility, and security into the fabric of the network.

The collaborative efforts of Contivo and Cisco will help provide customers comprehensive semantic transformation that addresses key issues such as integration with legacy applications and the implementation of standards. Customers will benefit from AON through improved communication, visibility, and security in a pervasive network-based solution that lowers the total cost of ownership.
