Continuum Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce the results of chip channel sampling along the new Level 6 sill drive on the hanging wall boundary of the Bonanza vein at their San Jose gold-silver project located in the State of Oaxaca in southern Mexico. A recent news release reported the sampling results of the cross-cut from the Trinidad shaft to the hanging wall of the Bonanza vein (14.5 meters true width grading 6.52 gpt gold and 482 gpt silver; see news release dated January 18, 2005) on the new Level 6, situated at a depth of approximately 150 meters below the surface. A sill drive along the hanging wall of the Bonanza vein has subsequently exposed higher-grade, quartz-adularia-hosted silver and gold mineralization  which has been channel sampled along a 40 meter strike length of the vein at 2 meter intervals. These 20 channel samples along the Bonanza vein yielded an average true thickness of 2.26 meters with an average grade of 10.2 gpt gold and 1,102 gpt silver. Individual chip channel results from north to south are presented in Table 1.

These channel samples represent only a 2 to 3 meter interval along the hanging wall of the Bonanza vein. Additional cross-cuts across the footwall of the vein, which parallel that reported in the January 18, 2005 news release, are currently being developed. Additional lower-grade, stockwork-style veining along these footwall cross-cuts could significantly increase the width of the mineralization along the strike length of the Bonanza vein.

Continuum has been carrying out surface diamond drilling at San Jose since the latter part of 2004 and to date has completed 15 holes. Most of these holes have targeted the down-plunge and on-strike extension of one mineralized zone (the Trinidad Zone) centered around the historic Trinidad shaft, and localized along a 400 meter strike length of the San Jose vein system.

Historical mining took place to a maximum depth of approximately 130 meters below surface. However, the results of Continuum's recent surface drilling and the sampling of new underground tunnels have shown that the Trinidad Zone mineralization continues to depth and along strike from the limits of historical mining.

The vein system outcrops continuously for 3 kilometers on Continuum's property. The potential for additional, bonanza-grade zones of mineralization along the remaining strike extent of the epithermal vein system on Continuum's ground is supported by:

- the presence of additional, historically-producing shallow underground mining operations and;

- Highly-anomalous surface gold and silver geochemistry.

Once all assays have been returned from the 15 hole surface drilling program, and assay results from the ongoing underground sampling of the new Level 6 tunnels have been returned and compiled, the Company plans to contract a consulting engineering firm to undertake a preliminary resource calculation for the Trinidad Zone. Meanwhile, additional exploratory drilling along the largely untested strike extension of the vein system is planned.

Continuum is aggressively exploring for epithermal deposits of gold and silver in the State of Oaxaca. In addition to San Jose, the Company is conducting underground rehabilitation at the nearby, historically-producing Natividad deposit in preparation for underground drilling. The Company has acquired, by option and staking, over 50,000 hectares of exploration ground in the State, covering ten separate exploration prospects which include numerous past-producing precious metals mines.

The Qualified Person for this project, under the definition established by National Instrument 43-101, is Lawrence Dick, Ph.D., P.Geo. Additional supervision in the field and sampling quality assurance is provided by Chris Osterman, Ph.D., a registered professional geologist in the State of Arizona. Geochemical analyses were carried out by ALS Chemex in North Vancouver, B.C.
