Continuous Cooker.


There are now more than 50 RotaTherm Continuous Cooking Systems operating around the world. The DSI (Dynamic Systems Initiative) An umbrella term for a suite of Microsoft products that help manage the Windows environment in large enterprises. DSI was introduced in 2003.  RotaTherm is equipment used for pasteurisation, UHT UHT ultra-heat-treated (milk or cream)

The RotaTherm Continuous Cooker uses DSI (direct steam injection) technology to fuse steam directly with the product to prevent over cooking; while the industrial cooker offers no burn-on and handles particulates excellently.

The system also has a pause capability allowing it to stop and restart To resume computer operation after a planned or unplanned termination. See boot, warm boot and checkpoint/restart.  without product loss at pasteurisation and UHT.
