(CCPU), which produces platform solutions for network equipment manufacturers, today announced an agreement to acquire the Trillium(R) branded portable software products and certain associated intellectual property rights from Trillium Digital Systems Inc., an Intel company.

These application-ready products will help reduce costs and allow customers to improve time-to-market at aggressive price points.
