Continuity course for small firms; business briefing.


BUSINESSES in Coventry are being urged to take advantage of free courses funded by the city council.

The Federation of Small Businesses is inviting firms to take part in the business continuity course to help prepare for the future.

 the experts, with the threat of flood, fire and large scale staff illness becoming ever more a reality, businesses must put in place measures to cope so that 'business as usual' can resume.

Small businesses are often the most hard hit by floods or by a large number of staff off at the same time and without simple measures in place, such as a working from home policy or back-up files, businesses can grind to a halt.
