, and Kirschler Peterson & Associates of Atlanta have been sold to Continuity Control of New Haven, Conn.

The acquisitions will expand the New Haven company's business geographically and help support the client list that has grown to 214 credit unions and community banks, Continuity Control said.

The three-year-old company provides consulting services and its Bankers Assistant and Credit Union Assistant programs, which include RegAdvisor, software that monitors and analyzes regulatory changes and quickly modifies a financial institution's compliance programs in response, the company said.
