See Immune complexes. ) announced that its shareholders approved the merger with CNA Financial CNA Financial Corporation (NYSE: CNA) is a financial corporation based in Chicago, Illinois, United States, and noted for its 600 foot tall red headquarters building there. Its principal subsidiary, Continental Casualty Company (CCC) was founded in 1897. Corporation pursuant to which Continental's shareholders will receive a cash payment of $20 per share. It is expected that the transaction will close on May 10, 1995.
