The company recorded revenues of $12,964,500, a 38% increase as compared to $9,373,043 of revenues reported for the prior year quarter. For the current quarter, earnings were $.22 per share compared to $.19 per share before extraordinary gain in 1994. In the third quarter of 1994, the company recorded a $356,720, or $.08 per share, net extraordinary gain on the early retirement of certain debt at a discount. The 38% increase in revenue for the quarter is due to increases in revenue from acquisitions of 29% and same store growth of 9%. For the nine months ended Sept. 30, 1995, the company recorded earnings of $3,858,463, an increase of 140% from the $1,609,924 before extraordinary gain recorded for the same period last year.
