Continental Transaction.

A 120,000-SF office building in downtown Little Rock has changed hands in a $4.5 million deal. 100 Main Building LLC, led by Stephens Inc. interests, bought the limited-liability company's namesake at 100 Main St.

The seller was Continental Building Associates, led by Tom Ferstl, Bob Townsell, Thomas F. Robinson, James H. Johnson and Charles Nabholz.

The development, which is nearly an acre, previously was tied to a June 1994 mortgage of $3.4 million held by Twin City Bank, now Firstar.

CBA purchased what was the Continental Trailways bus depot in December 1983 for $4 million. The seller was Conbus Corp., an affiliate of the bus line.

Conbus acquired the site in September 1966 from the Little Rock Housing Authority for $500,000.
