Continental Information Systems Corporation Appoints Two Members to Its Board of Directors.

Mr. Bruck is the Chairman of Convey.com, an Internet-based application service provider, serving the needs of small businesses worldwide. Prior to that Mr. Bruck held several management positions at Intel including Technical Assistant to Dr. Andrew Grove

Dr. Andrew Stephen Grove (born 1936-09-02) is a Hungarian-American businessman. He participated in the founding of Intel and was key to the company's success.
