SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 27, 1996--Continental Homes Holding Corp. (NYSE NYSE

:CON) announced that the consideration for each of its 12 percent Senior Notes tendered pursuant to the company's cash tender offer for all of its outstanding 12 percent senior notes due 1999 ($110 million principal amount) has been set at a price of $1,091.80 per $1,000 principal amount (i.e. $109.18 percent of the aggregate principal amount) of the notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to but not including, the payment date.
