 reported deliveries and new orders for the third quarter of its fiscal year.

The company's fiscal year ends on May 31, 1998.

In the quarter ended Feb. 28, 1998, the company delivered 1,264 new homes, a 5 percent increase over the same period a year ago.

In the quarter, the company also recorded 1,649 net new orders with an aggregate sales value of approximately $227 million, a 42 percent increase over the third quarter of last year when it reported 1,160 net new orders with an aggregate sales value of approximately $155,407,000.
