.) today announced that the 4,743,463 outstanding share purchase warrants exercisable at $0.60 per share on or before August 28 and September 8, 2000 have expired. With the exception of 80,000 common shares purchased earlier this year when the stock was trading at a premium to the exercise price, there were no additional subscribers.

Robert Thornton, President and C.E.O., said that in light of the significant growth the Company has experienced since the financing was structured, management is very pleased that the existing shareholders did not experience the severe dilution that would have occurred had the warrants been exercised.

He added that Continental reported unprecedented six-month results (see press release dated August 29, 2000) and anticipates a strong second half. In addition, the Company is looking at further acquisitions in its western US marketplace to fuel continued growth.

Continental Home Healthcare Ltd. acquires, consolidates, and manages healthcare equipment retailers that provide equipment such as hospital beds, custom power and manual wheelchairs, scooters, bathroom safety products, ambulatory aids, and aids for daily living sold to individuals and healthcare institutions. Branches are located in Glendale and Indian Wells, California Indian Wells is a city in Riverside County, California, in the Coachella Valley (Palm Springs area), in between Palm Desert and La Quinta. As of the 2000 census, the city population was 3,816.
