Continental Home Healthcare Signs Preferred Provider Contract.

Continental Home Healthcare Ltd.'s U.S. operating company, Continental Hospital Supply, announced today that it has signed a preferred provider contract with the Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees International Union Welfare Fund based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Continental is one of two providers chosen by the Fund over numerous regional and national home healthcare providers to supply healthcare equipment and services exclusively to the Fund's 130,000 members.

This contract is valued in excess of US$1 million annually.

Continental's previously attained preferred provider contracts have resulted in significant revenue growth for the Company and this recent agreement is expected to produce similar results by substantially expanding revenue and earnings within Continental's Las Vegas branch.

Continental Home Healthcare Ltd. acquires, consolidates, and manages healthcare equipment retailers that provide equipment such as hospital beds, custom power and manual wheelchairs, scooters, bathroom safety products, ambulatory aids, and aids for daily living sold to individuals and healthcare institutions. Branches are located in Glendale and Indian Wells, California Indian Wells is a city in Riverside County, California, in the Coachella Valley (Palm Springs area), in between Palm Desert and La Quinta. As of the 2000 census, the city population was 3,816.

It has the highest proportion of millionaires of any city in the United States.
