Continental Home Healthcare Appoints Investor Relations Firm.

Continental Home Healthcare Ltd. today announced that, subject to regulatory approval, it has selected Hume, Kieran Inc., of Toronto, as the Company's investor relations counsel. The Company's investor relations program will focus on investor communications and interaction with the financial community. The program will include the arrangement of visits by Continental's management to financial community leaders in both eastern and western Canada. The appointment provides for a fixed monthly fee of CDN$3,000 plus the granting of an option of 100,000 shares of Continental.

The principals of Hume, Kieran are Catherine D. Hume and Jon W. Kieran, and the firm has a complement of nine full-time people. Its predecessor, Kieran and Co. Inc., and an unincorporated business founded by Mr. Kieran, has specialized in investor relations services to emerging companies for more than forty years. Hume, Kieran services some twenty companies in a broad range of industries. The majority of its clients are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
