Continental Global Group, Inc. Announces Tender Offer for 11% Series B Senior Notes Due 2007.

WINFIELD, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2001

Continental Global Group, Inc. announced that on April 3, 2001, it commenced a tender offer to purchase for cash up to $54,000,000, or 45%, of its 11% Series B Senior Notes Due 2007, which are currently outstanding in the aggregate principal amount of $120,000,000. The consideration for each $1,000 principal amount of Notes tendered and purchased pursuant to the tender offer will be $380 in cash, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the Notes to their date of purchase. The tender offer will expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City New York City: see New York, city.
