Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant valid for two years at an exercise price of $0.65 per share the first year and $0.75 per share the second year. The private placement is subject to acceptance by the Canadian Venture Exchange The Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX) is now a defunct stock exchange having been acquired by the TSX Group in 2001 and renamed the TSX Venture Exchange.
