Continental Choice Care, Inc. Announces 1st Internet Investment - Acquires Interest in Little Universe, LLC.

Continental Choice Care, Inc. (CCCI) has completed an investment resulting in the acquisition of 25% of the equity in Little Universe (LU). This investment further reflects the Company's commitment to the Internet and advances its alliance with Alliant Technologies (Alliant). CCCI and Alliant announced last month the formation of a strategic alliance as part of the foundation upon which CCCI would build its new Internet business. Alliant owns the remaining equity in LU.

Little Universe is the first dot com totally focused on the local community. LU is a web resource which allows people, business, civic and government organizations to interact with and participate in their communities. It ties municipal government, public safety, planning and zoning agencies, libraries, schools and other civic organizations to local merchants, clubs, sports teams, religious groups, baby sitting co-ops and residents. Each participant can have a community presence with virtually limitless space for targeted local content.

The Little Universe business model is a refreshing change from the typical web model. The Company believes it can generate real revenue and profits. Revenues are generated by selling advertising space ranging from single page sites through banner advertisements to the local community and in contiguous communities.
