Continental Airlines' Cargo Operations Getting Boost From Manugistics Revenue Optimization Solution.

Continental credits high employee morale, strong customer service and a consistently high completion factor for enabling it to remain in the top-tier of airlines based on operational performance. In addition to incorporating opportunity and variable costs into its optimized price offerings, the solution addresses freight loadability issues, recommends least-cost routings for accepted bookings, and incorporates strategic rules for different countries or regions. Powerful reporting, alert and analysis capabilities give users required visibility needed to ensure that the solution is operating at peak performance.
