Contigo Software receives venture capital funding from Angel Hawk Investments.

While the terms of the financing remain undisclosed, it has been confirmed that in addition to the funding, Angel Hawk will provide a variety of management services and operational support for Contigo as part of its contribution to the company.

Prior to HawkNet, Moussavian served as president and CEO of GigaTrend Inc., where he was responsible for building the company revenues from less than $300K per year to more than $15 million per year.

Doug Cooper will retain his role as president of Contigo Software. Before founding Contigo, Cooper was president and managing partner for Cooper Iverson Marketing, a leading high-tech marketing and public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most  firm specializing in client server and Internet technologies. He served in these positions from 1990 through 1996.
