) announced it has filed a Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission today relating to a proposed public debt offering of $300 million of senior notes. The offering will be managed by an underwriting group led by Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc., CS First Boston and UBS UBS Union Bank of Switzerland
