"We had a nice time! The whole experience was fun," said Ms. Rangel. She purchased her tickets at Dollar City in Fontana. Dominguez, who bought his Big Spin Scratchers(R) ticket at Industry Food Mart, spun the wheel for $30,000. "I'm going to use this money for my children's college education," said Dominguez. After spinning the largest lottery lottery, scheme for distributing prizes by lot or other method of chance selection to persons who have paid for the opportunity to win.
